The box showed up a little crushed on one side , but thankfully the shoes were totally fine inside . The packing was basic , nothing special . It wasn’t a huge deal , I just expected a bit better for the price .

I was just trying to buy a pair, but the checkout kept freezing once I got to the payment page. My cart randomly emptied twice, and then the shipping cost changed right at the final step with no clear error or explanation. And it’s not even about the price or the shipping fee at that point — it’s just the hassle and not knowing what’s going on. I ended up giving up and ordering from somewhere else. Super annoying experience.

I went on Private Sneakers thinking I was about to find some rare sneakers, but nope, not a chance. Every single pair I was actually interested in was either unavailable, missing sizes, or just magically gone the second I clicked on it.
It felt like the site was just showing off cool shoes you can’t actually buy. I’m completely sure I wasted my time checking over and over, and I’m definitely not using it again.

I reached out to them twice about my order and never heard anything back. It’s SO frustrating when you’re just trying to get a simple update. Definitely won’t be ordering from them again.

At first I thought the prices were a good deal but once shipping and all the extra fees showed up it felt way too expensive. The quality also didn’t really match what I ended up paying. I don’t think I’d buy from them again.

"Felt cheap and literally started falling apart"
These sneakers looked decent when I first got them, but the material felt cheap right away. After just a few wears, the sole literally started coming loose. Disappointed and definitely not happy with the quality.

I ordered my usual size from Private Sneakers the fit was just weird. The toe area felt super tight, but the heel was loose, so they were uncomfortable almost right away. I even checked the size chart before ordering, so I have no idea what went wrong. I tried wearing them around the house and couldn’t make it past about 10 minutes. To make it more annoying, I had to wait in a queue just to get help about it, which made the whole experience even more frustrating

I spent some time looking through privatesneakers.com because I was interested in a few pairs, but the more I clicked around, the less confident I felt. Some details weren’t very clear, and I couldn’t find enough solid information to make me feel safe placing an order. It might be a legit site, but personally, I just didn’t get that trust factor I usually look for when shopping online. I’d probably do more research or be extra careful before buying anything from there.

I was about to place an order, but then I saw the shipping fee am I missing something? It was almost as much as the item itself. The product price seemed fine, but the delivery cost just made it feel not worth it, so I ended up leaving without ordering.

"My order took forever just to process"
I ordered from privatesneakers.com, the processing time felt way too long. I’m not even talking about shipping, because I totally understand that once a package is with the carrier, delays can happen and it’s kind of out of the store’s hands. But in my case, the order just sat there for several days before it even shipped, and there weren’t really any helpful updates. I kept checking the status myself because I wasn’t sure if something was wrong, if they were backed up, or if my order had just been forgotten. It made the whole experience feel kind of frustrating, especially since it was my first time ordering from them. Not the best first impression.

"Website Was a Pain to Use"
I was just trying to look at shoes, not complete some kind of online obstacle course. The pages took forever to load, and I had to click around way too much just to find basic info. Super relaxing experience, obviously.
The filters weren’t much help either. Some product pages felt cluttered, and I kept bouncing back and forth because things weren’t clear. Nothing says “easy shopping” like second-guessing where everything is every two minutes.
Maybe the shoes are great, who knows. The website annoyed me enough that I didn’t really feel like ordering anymore. Definitely not the smooth, simple shopping experience I was hoping for.

I tried to exchange for a different size and felt a little embarrassed having to keep following up. The replies were really slow, and I still haven’t gotten a clear answer. It’s turned into such an annoying process

Sooo the box arrived crushed, and the sneakers already had scuffs on them right out of the package. They looked like someone had worn them before. Annoyed about it and I definitely won’t be ordering again.

"Not as comfortable as I hoped"
I really wanted to like these, but my feet started hurting after about an hour. I mean, shoes should at least be comfortable enough for normal walking around, so this was disappointing.
